**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Aerospace Fastening Systems**

With a strong focus on sustainability and a passion for innovation, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. **Primary Purpose** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as a liaison between customers and our company to facilitate sales and the resolution of account or service problems * Providing customers with information about our products and services * Soliciting and maintaining favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts * Developing relationships with internal and external customers that will benefit the overall business plan * Building good relationships with internal and external customers that will benefit company objectives to maintain and increase market share * Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction * Training other CSRs on daily activities, including but not limited to RFQs and proper formatting * Processing strategic quotes for RFQs and working directly with Product Managers, Buyers, Account Managers, etc. * Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including Shipping, Planning, Engineering, and Quality * Processing/ preparing and coordinating large spreadsheets/LTA's, as required, for the Customer Support team * Preparing quotes for customers, which include pricing and delivery * Accepting orders from customers, booking orders to the applicable location, and coordinating adding the item master for part numbers as required * Handling initial rejected parts or paperwork from customers, coordinating with the Quality Department, and issuing an RMA when necessary * Working with Howmet Credit on past dues invoices or short pays, performing necessary research to resolve the problem, and initiating credit/debit memos as required * Obtaining knowledge of arenaflex products, including conversions, substitutions, and knowledge of competitor's products * On occasion, visiting assigned customers with coordination of Account Manager and Team Leader * Understanding customer's terms and conditions and long-term agreements, and possessing an understanding of contract language * Training co-workers and mentoring less-senior employees * Working with minimum supervision and handling a fast-paced work environment and stressful situations * Maintaining organized sales files, including purchase orders, sales orders, changes, notices from customers, and any correspondence with customers or factory **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * 50+ Words per Minute typing speed * Familiarity with arenaflex systems (COP, CPQ, GCS) preferred * Ability to read, write, and understand English * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Familiarity with distributor accounts and specifics regarding distributor agreements and procedures * Legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire * Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer-facing technologies * Experience working with a team to achieve business objectives * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer-facing technologies * Experience working with a team to achieve business objectives * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
