We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in all its forms. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills. * Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently. * Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions. * Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed. * Building strong relationships with applicants through empathetic and personalized support. * Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional support and guidance. * Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes. **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. * Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges. * Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat). * Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish. * High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or flexible schedule that meets arenaflex's needs). * U.S. work authorization. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with applicants. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
