**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
* Handling customer and associate concerns, providing guidance and support as required.
* Monitoring Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers.
* Providing training to associates on systems and arenaflex procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
* Overseeing purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting with error corrections, and verifying processes to meet arenaflex guidelines.
* Ensuring all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including cashiers deactivating, greeters handling issues appropriately, and completing "Failure to Deactivate" Logs.
* Preparing registers for opening and closing daily, supporting cashiers with change, maintaining front-end cash levels, and completing audits on register accuracy.
* Overseeing and promoting all arenaflex sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum age of 16 years old
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
