**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, while also working closely with our Service Managers to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience. * Understand and implement all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers

* Work closely with Service Managers to ensure that customer experiences are consistently positive and exceed expectations

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
