**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety protocols and procedures
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are processed and stored correctly
**Requirements**
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
* Ability to stand and walk for up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
