If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or social media to resolve daily incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. * Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats to ensure timely and high-quality communication with clients. * Utilizing the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. * Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. * Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. * Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service. * Collaborating with the Department of Operations to resolve incidents and perform parallel work. **Schedule:** The night shift position operates from midnight (12:00 am) to 08:00 am, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
