Your responsibilities will include: * **Providing exceptional service**: Building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication * **Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills**: Researching and communicating solutions in a variety of situations * **Handling customer concerns**: Utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes * **Confidentially handling policy owner information**: Ensuring compliance and communication standards are met * **Collaborating with internal teams**: Ensuring thorough and timely resolutions for all members **Required Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Minimum 2 years experience** in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred * **Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude**: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division * **Technical aptitude**: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired * **Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures**: Knowledge of various insurance products preferred * **Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework**: Preferred * **High School Diploma**: Required; some college-level coursework preferred * **Internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload**: Ability to support a VPN **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our associates.
