**Role Overview**
As a Customer Service Advisor – Zero Carbon Living, you will be responsible for providing consistently outstanding service to arenaflex's customers across the entire customer lifecycle. Your key outcomes will include:
* Engaging with OVO's customers, communicating with passion across phone, email, and web chat contacts
* Quickly understanding the root cause of customer contact, taking ownership for solving queries the first time to prevent repeat contact
* Coaching your teammates in areas where you have a deeper level of knowledge or skill – this might be to help answer a customer query in the moment or to enhance the overall knowledge across the squad
* Taking ownership of the success of the entire squad. We believe the strength of the squad is each individual advisor, but the strength of each advisor is the squad
* Autonomously managing your day, ensuring the overall objectives of the squad are achieved
* Preparing, attending, and actively contributing at squad meetings as appropriate
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvement efforts in both squad ways of working and customer experience
* Being an OVO ambassador, promoting our range of products & services to customers
* Being empowered to have strong conversations to promote our products & services that we offer to our customers to help promote a Zero Carbon Living
* Taking accountability for your own development and using the tools provided to allow yourself to have strong conversations about our new and existing products
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and web chat contacts
* Resolve customer inbound queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Coach and develop your teammates to improve their knowledge and skills
* Take ownership of the success of the entire squad and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
* Promote arenaflex's range of products and services to customers
* Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a sales or account management role
* Knowledge of the energy industry and arenaflex's products and services
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
