**Responsibilities of the Experienced Customer Sales Associate**
As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:
* Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network.
* Building strong relationships with customers by creating connections and asking the right questions to uncover their needs.
* Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
* A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
* Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
* Even better if you have:
+ Experience working in a commission-based environment.
+ Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
+ Customer service experience.
