You'll be responsible for: * Timely, accurate, and complete listing of arenaflex products and pricing and promotional allowances in internal and external customer systems * Updating and communicating promotional calendars accurately and timely to all relevant parties * Completing contracts supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner * Applying proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in assessing the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives * Supporting the DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required **Key Responsibilities** * Execute all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and customer database management * Work directly with the FLNA Midwest Directors and Managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of promotions and pricing maintenance * Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in internal and external customer systems * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions **Qualifications/Requirements** * High School diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple levels within the organization and with customers * Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels in the organization * Demonstrated strong customer service orientation * Must be authorized to work in the United States **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing * Knowledge of the food and beverage industry * Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
