**The Role**
As a Freelance Customer Happiness Representative, you'll be a vital support for our core team members, ensuring our customers consistently receive top-notch care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions. You'll also be expected to stay updated on our products and services, master our tools, and drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
* Stay updated on our products and services, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions
* Master our tools, including Zendesk, Shopify, Guru, and Monday.com
* Drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement
* Successfully manage operational demands during peak times or when core team members are unavailable
* Participate in team meetings and Slack channels to stay informed, learn from colleagues, and build connections
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Genuine desire to make a positive impact on every interaction
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a dedication to the customer experience are highly valued
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative troubleshooting abilities
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
