**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* **Providing customer support**: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
* **Handling customer inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* **Troubleshooting customer problems**: Identify the root cause of problems and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
* **Escalating issues**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
* **Tracking and documenting support requests**: Ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
* **Meeting job standards**: Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time.
* **Providing guidance and mentoring**: May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
* **Performing other related duties**: Assign as needed.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Age requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Excellent customer service skills**: Build high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* **Typing skills**: Type 25 WPM or faster.
* **PC operation and navigation**: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Effective people skills**: Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
* **Ability to work independently and in a team environment**: Work both independently and in a team environment.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
* **Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment**: Stay composed and objective in a rapidly changing environment.
* **Strong listening skills**: Possess strong listening skills.
* **Ability to work remotely**: Work in a virtual team environment.
