Responsibilities
As a customer experience specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support via telephone and/or Internet, including instant message, email, and other digital channels.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
- Escalating more technical product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
- Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
- Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
- Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information.
- Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
- Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
To succeed as a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Typing 25 WPM.
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
