In this role, you will be working approximately 4 hours per day, providing essential support to our sales and operations teams. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong foundation in contract management, pricing strategies, and customer relationship support. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a respected leader in the medical technology field. The position is classified as a W2 contract role, and we are actively seeking candidates who are authorized to work in the United States, including U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those holding valid employment authorization documents such as OPT, EAD, or CPT. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Contract Administration Analyst and Pricing Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth contractual and pricing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Contract Administration** - Manage customer and vendor contract administration activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed - Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from creation through maintenance and expiration for assigned territories - Create comprehensive contract summaries and route them through our Apttus contract management system for new contracts and renewals - Develop and negotiate customer and group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all contract-related activities **Pricing Analysis and Management** - Handle customer and vendor pricing requests, including pricing adjustments, discounts, and special arrangements - Calculate and process rebates, billing, and chargebacks accurately and within established timelines - Address all pricing and GPO tiering customer requests promptly and professionally - Assist in developing pricing guidelines and strategies aligned with business objectives - Support the creation and maintenance of pricing structures for various customer segments **Sales Support** - Submit Salesforce.com cases for analytic requests and track their resolution - Assist sales teams in navigating customer needs and requests, providing timely and accurate information - Support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and cross-reference documentation - Complete Additional Value Request (AVR) forms for sales presentations and route through management approval - Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to ensure seamless coordination **Technical and Analytical Support** - Generate basic reports on network health and contract metrics as needed - Assist with basic technical issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary - Perform data analysis to support pricing decisions and contract negotiations **Qualifications and Requirements** **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience in a related field - Senior-level experience in contract administration, pricing analysis, or sales support functions - Basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems - Familiarity with pricing strategies, rebate calculations, and chargeback processing - Strong understanding of GPO structures and contracting within the healthcare industry - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic network operations - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working with Apttus contract management platform - Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM system - Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry - Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare billing processes - Experience with GPO contracting and tiering structures **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: - **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze complex pricing structures and contract terms to identify opportunities and risks - **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers - **Time Management**: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a part-time environment - **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of network systems and ability to run standard reports - **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations - **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address pricing and contract issues - **Initiative**: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance **Career Growth and Development Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' professional development.
