What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Advisor (French-speaking) in our Inbound Sales Tech Industry team, you will be responsible for: * Taking incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...) and providing response and resolution within SLA to customers * Aiming for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports * Delivering high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds) * Providing inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction * Achieving sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience * Logging and following up on orders or requests * Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high level of French (oral and written) and proficiency in English * Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit * The ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way * Strong customer service-oriented skills If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
