**Position Responsibilities**
As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing sales tax exemption certificates, contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, and applying approved exemptions in our state-of-the-art customized software. Your responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing sales tax exemption certificates for accuracy and completeness
* Contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
* Applying approved sales tax exemption certificates in our customized software, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations
* Calculating and processing sales tax credits based on exemption documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Collaborating with a cross-functional team of like-minded individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support
**Minimum Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
* Customer service experience is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
