**Key Responsibilities**
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our Internal Body Shop and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely completion of repairs
* Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve any issues or concerns
* Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
* Coordinating with customers to manage their expectations and provide updates on repair status
* Coordinating rental arrangements and ensuring a smooth handoff
* Updating vehicle records and tracking repair progress
* Reordering materials and components as needed
* Providing repair overviews and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles
**What You’ll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not mandatory
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Microsoft Office experience is preferred, but not essential
* Strong teaching and training skills, with the ability to educate others on collision repair procedures
* Comfort working in a collision repair environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Must be at least 18 years of age
