As a Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims, while also providing exceptional support to policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts. You'll have the opportunity to learn product knowledge during our comprehensive New Hire training program and work collaboratively with our team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. **Job Summary:** We're looking for experienced Claims Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Answering high-volume inbound calls and providing written communication for all lines of business * Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products * Utilizing multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer interactions * Actively participating in department initiatives and goals, while maintaining excellent customer service metrics * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner **Responsibilities:** As a Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering high incoming call volume and providing written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts * Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products * Using multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer interactions * Actively participating in department initiatives and goals, while maintaining excellent customer service metrics * Maintaining Customer Service Metrics on Call volume, Quality of call, and attendance **Ideal Candidate:** We're seeking experienced Claims Customer Service Representatives who possess: * 1+ years of customer call center experience working with Liability or Auto Claims * Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment * Proven track record of attendance and punctuality * Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively * Bi-lingual Spanish a plus! * Excellent written and communication skills **Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Customer Service * Call Center Support * Data Entry * Adapting to Change * Telephone Etiquette * Active Listening * Excellent Communication Skills * Customer Focused * Click to Chat * Computer Savvy * Coach ability * Punctuality * Positive Attitude * Quality Assurance * Follow-up * Empathy * Claims Processing * Insurance Claim Processing * Claims * Liability Claims * Auto Claims **Education and Experience:** * Years of experience: 2 years * Experience level: Entry Level **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes growth and opportunity.
