- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Arts, or Science (BCom, BBA, BA, BSc, or BCS).
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats and customers simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and CRM systems.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and rotational shifts.
