We're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds, and providing equal employment opportunity to all. **The Role** As a Chat Support Associate, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. You'll engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals, supporting them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
