**Job Summary:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and clients. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring accurate patient enrollment and medication data management. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system
* Handle patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing
* Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
* Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs
* Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school certificate or GED
* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online)
* Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
