**Call Center Responsibilities**
As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate and consistent information to customers

**Call Center Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment

* Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
* Detail-oriented and fast learner with excellent communication skills

* Healthcare or Human Services industry experience preferred
