What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at arenaflex Getaways, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and assigned travel agency accounts. Your mission will be to cultivate strong partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in alignment with corporate sales objectives. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership

This role will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve maximum revenue and net profit goals. You will partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Customer Engagement Center to ensure coordinated efforts and unified messaging across all touchpoints. This collaborative approach allows you to leverage diverse expertise and resources while delivering exceptional value to our travel agency partners.

Where You Will Work

This full-time position is virtual and based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from your home office while maintaining regular communication with your regional team and leadership. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet job responsibilities, particularly during peak travel seasons or when traveling for partner meetings and industry events.
