What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager at arenaflex Getaways, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and assigned travel agency accounts. Your mission will be to cultivate strong partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in alignment with corporate sales objectives. - Sales Engagement: Conduct professional sales calls with key agency contacts to deliver arenaflex Getaways product and service updates, discuss sales opportunities, review performance goals, and present strategic recommendations.
- Partnership Arrangement: Propose and execute partnership arrangements that ensure mutual benefit and profitability for arenaflex Getaways. This includes presenting backend commission arrangements when appropriate and negotiating favorable terms for both parties.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive business development plans, including marketing and cooperative advertising strategies for identified key accounts. You will craft customized approaches that align with each partner's unique needs and goals.
- Territory Management: Implement effective time and territory management plans for your assigned agency accounts, ensuring optimal coverage and relationship maintenance across your designated region.

Where You Will Work
This full-time position is virtual and based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from your home office while maintaining regular communication with your regional team and leadership. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet job responsibilities, particularly during peak travel seasons or when traveling for partner meetings and industry events.

What You Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications
