As a Customer Expert, you will become a key contributor in making that happen. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
