**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels to address their questions and concerns
* Resolving issues and de-escalating conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
* Escalating interactions as necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution
* Responding to requests for assistance, processing payments, and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues and contributing to process improvements
* Upselling products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels to address their questions and concerns

**Requirements**

* Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent oral and written communication skills
