**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both existing and new
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop new service opportunities
* Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
