**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
* Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or a comparable technology, is preferred
* Offering additional products and services to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Desire to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
* A reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone
