As a remote, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to launch your career with a growing and innovative company that values its employees and provides ongoing support and training. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding and resolving general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions * Documenting all interactions to ensure accurate and efficient communication * Educating callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations * Assisting callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists * Delivering high-quality customer service support to meet and exceed member expectations **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * **Bilingual skills in Spanish**: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse member base. * **Call center experience**: A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service/support role is required. * **Technical skills**: You'll need to be proficient in operating a computer and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * **Excellent communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. * **Ability to learn and adapt**: You'll need to be able to learn and adapt quickly to our fast-paced production environment and changing priorities. **Schedule** As a remote, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work the following schedule: * Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with one hour for lunch * During open enrollment (November 1st - January 1st), you'll be required to work one Saturday per month (lower call volume) * Start date: ASAP **Pay and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll receive: * A competitive hourly rate of $18.50 * Ongoing support and training to ensure your success * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
