You'll be responsible for managing a steady volume of incoming customer calls, navigating multiple systems, and delivering comprehensive resolutions. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help create positive experiences for our customers and clients. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer calls and actively listen to discuss employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and additional perks * Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating multiple systems * Provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns * Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to create positive experiences for customers and clients * Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives * Meet productivity and quality standards, including call volume and resolution rates * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) * Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router * Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency * Great problem-solving skills * Ability to effectively multi-task * Ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification (in some instances, a drug test will be required, THC included) * Must be 18 years or older **Working for arenaflex** We value our team members and offer a range of perks and rewards designed to enhance your well-being and career growth.
