**The Role**
As a Benefits Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and future clients, providing expert guidance on their benefits and addressing their needs and concerns
* Collaborating with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support
* Managing client renewals, educating clients on benefits-related topics, and addressing other benefit-related tasks as they arise
* Supporting the executive team in driving business growth and development
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Client Relationship Building:
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients
+ Provide expert guidance on benefits-related topics and address client concerns
+ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients
* Renewal Management:
+ Manage client renewals and ensure seamless service delivery
+ Educate clients on benefits-related topics and address their needs and concerns
* Team Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support
+ Support the executive team in driving business growth and development
* Industry Knowledge:
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience in employee benefits, ideally on the brokerage side of the business
* Health licensing a plus
* Client Service experience a must
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with benefits software and systems
* Knowledge of benefits-related laws and regulations
* Certification in benefits-related fields (e.g., CEBS, CLU)
* Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Competitive salary range: $50,000 to $60,000
