The Role: Evening Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to work our evening shifts, catering to customers across the globe. This is a remote position with the flexibility to collaborate in our fantastic central London office when needed (located near Cannon Street, with Bank and Monument stations within walking distance). The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, dedicated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As an Evening Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative of our brand during peak evening hours. This role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, think on their feet, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. While we strive for excellence and rarely encounter escalated issues, there will be occasions where you will handle more complex complaints – an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and turn potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
