This role blends data analysis, SQL development, ETL validation, and data quality engineering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data while ensuring accuracy and reliability across analytics platforms.</div><div>You will join a growing agile team focused on data enablement and data mart development, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to support analytics and reporting needs.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>Data Analysis & SQL</strong></div><ul>
<li>Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation</li>
<li>Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and quality issues</li>
<li>Work with large-scale datasets in cloud-based data platforms</li>
</ul><div><strong>ETL Validation & Data Quality</strong></div><ul>
<li>Validate data transformations and workflows across ETL pipelines</li>
<li>Perform reconciliation, completeness checks, and data integrity validations</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and accuracy across data marts and reporting layers</li>
</ul><div><strong>Automation & Workflow Enablement</strong></div><ul>
<li>Support and enhance data workflows orchestrated through Apache Airflow</li>
<li>Contribute to automation of data validation and testing processes</li>
<li>Partner with engineering teams to strengthen data quality and testing practices</li>
</ul><div><strong>Collaboration & Delivery</strong></div><ul>
<li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements</li>
<li>Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with distributed teams</li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>6–7+ years of experience in data-centric roles such as: <ul>
<li>Data Analyst</li>
<li>Analytics Engineer</li>
<li>Data QA or Data SDET</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Advanced SQL expertise (critical requirement)</li>
<li>Strong background in data analysis and validation methodologies</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with: <ul>
<li>Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery </li>
<li>ETL processes and data pipeline testing </li>
<li>Apache Airflow</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience working with insurance or claims-related data</li>
<li>Familiarity with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS / IAC)</li>
<li>Background in hybrid roles combining analytics and data testing/QA</li>
