Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and inputting data into our online systems and social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data infrastructure while providing exceptional support to our team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Database Management: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is properly recorded in our various databases and online systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and accessibility of critical organizational data.
- Multi-Source Data Collection: Collect and input data from diverse sources including online platforms, internal databases, surveys, official documents, and digital forms. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in navigating multiple data systems and extracting relevant information accurately.
- Data Security and Integrity: Ensure the safety, confidentiality, and availability of all data within our systems. Implement best practices for data protection and immediately report any security concerns or discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of collected data. Collaborate on projects requiring data integration and sharing of information.
- Customer Service Support: Respond to inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and team members in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and excellent support via email, phone, and digital communication channels.
- Social Media Management: Assist with data input and content management for our social media platforms. Help maintain our online presence by ensuring accurate posting of events, announcements, and organizational updates.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of data entries, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies. Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of your work.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documentation related to data collection processes, procedures, and results. Assist with generating reports as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Typing and Data Entry Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy. You should be comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks and maintaining high accuracy rates over extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Compensation:
- Annual Salary Range: $50,726 - $54,139 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Expected Weekly Hours: 30-40 hours
