• Handle inbound calls from patients and clients professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
• Listen actively and respond to patient concerns with empathy and patience
• Document all call interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
• Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department
• Follow company call scripts, guidelines, and communication standards
• Meet daily call handling targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
