Men’s Fitness is seeking a credentialed fitness professional to lead and scale a high-volume digital publishing operation covering training, health, nutrition, and performance. This role is ideal for a coach, trainer, or exercise science professional who understands how to translate expert knowledge into scalable, revenue-generating content.
What You’ll DoBuild and manage a team of freelance fitness and health writers
Lead daily publishing across training, workouts, recovery, and performance topics
Ensure content accuracy, safety, and credibility aligned with industry best practices
Identify fitness trends and audience needs and turn them into high-performing content
Use performance data (traffic, RPM) to guide editorial decisions
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Certified Personal Trainer or Instructor (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, or equivalent)
Recognized professional fitness or health certification
Experience coaching, training, teaching, or programming fitness content
Interest in digital media, audience growth, and content monetization
Comfort operating independently and managing freelancers
RPM-based revenue share (no guaranteed salary)
Independent contractor role requiring an active LLC
