About the Role: 


As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you'll manage a Book of Business consisting of Enterprise and larger spend Mid-Market Accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients. You'll be required to help clients onboard, train, consult, and drive best practices. With a coordinated effort from our Account Executive team, you'll work to expand and grow your Book of Business. Your main indicator of success will be how well you drive adoption and growth/expansions within your book of business.
