About the Role

Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll spearhead our technical efforts to support customers deployed on our DevSecOps platform, Game Warden.

You will be at the forefront of supporting and scaling our revolutionary Game Warden platform—an industry-leading tool that is accelerating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U.S. government.

What You’ll Do

As an Enterprise Support Engineer at Second Front Systems, you will architect, improve, and implement customer applications, deploy them, and support them in our cloud-native platform. Specific responsibilities include:

Bonus:

The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $163,000. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, level, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity grants as part of the total compensation package.
