About K12 Coalition

K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K-12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. We tackle many of today's toughest education obstacles, including teacher certification, test preparation, professional learning, curriculum, consulting, and strategic planning. K12 Coalition came together when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders, and high-level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iteach, Passage Preparation, Teaching Channel, and Lavinia Group.

About Lavinia Group

Lavinia Group is dedicated to driving meaningful academic improvements in K-12 education through instructional coaching, professional learning, high-quality curriculum, strategic planning, and summer school support that enhances educator effectiveness and strengthens student outcomes.

With deep expertise in school leadership, curriculum implementation, and instructional best practices, Lavinia Group delivers tailored, research-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners. Guided by a commitment to equity, instructional excellence, and long-term capacity building, we work alongside educators and district leaders through hands-on coaching, immersive training, and collaborative partnerships. Our mission is to help schools achieve transformational learning outcomes that endure beyond our direct support.

Employment Type: This is a part-time, seasonal role for Summer 2026 with variable hours.

Location: Due to the scope of our RISE Summer Learning Program, we are hiring Summer Education Consultants to provide on-site support in specific regions: New Mexico, and South East Michigan. Applicants must currently reside in one of these regions and be able to reliably commute to local schools for in-person coaching days.

Travel: Local travel to schools within the listed regions is required. Summer Educational Consultants will spend up to five days per week, approximately 6 hours per day, on-site at assigned schools.

The Opportunity

School Solutions, a division of K12 Coalition, is seeking an experienced instructional leader to join our RISE Summer Learning Program as a Summer Educational Consultant. These Consultants play a vital role in supporting partner organizations across the country to implement our high-impact program. They provide hands-on, immersive professional development and instructional coaching to both educators and program leaders, working side by side to strengthen instructional practices in literacy and math.

We're looking for someone with experience in K–8 literacy and math instruction who has successfully led teams to achieve strong academic outcomes in diverse educational settings and is passionate about coaching and developing educators.

This is an exciting opportunity to advance our mission of closing opportunity gaps and ensuring equitable, high-quality instruction.
