We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher. Assess children's development through observation and documentation, providing regular feedback to parents. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians. Conduct virtual parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and collaborate on support strategies. Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive virtual learning space, adhering to all safety protocols. Manage classroom dynamics and individualize instruction to meet the diverse needs of all children. Collaborate with other early childhood educators and administrative staff to enhance program quality. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through professional development opportunities. Organize and facilitate virtual group activities, story times, and educational games. Prepare and manage classroom materials and resources for remote learning. Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued and respected. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children. Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and educational technology tools. Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for remote delivery. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and foster positive social interactions in a virtual setting. Experience with online assessment and documentation tools. Must have reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work. Understanding of child safety and well-being is paramount. Experience with diverse learners and inclusive education practices is highly desirable.
