The Marketing Director — Nearshore & Offshore Markets is a senior strategic marketing leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, commercial pipeline growth, and talent acquisition across Foundever's nearshore and offshore delivery countries. This role owns the regional go-to-market strategy, global communications deployment, talent marketing alignment, and employer brand positioning — ensuring marketing activity directly supports revenue generation, hiring targets, and market expansion priorities.
Acting as the primary strategic marketing partner to Regional General Managers, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations, the Marketing Director bridges global strategy with locally relevant, high-impact execution.
