- Claims and Application Processing Support: Ensure all required data fields are completed accurately and within established timeframes to facilitate timely claims processing, application approvals, and reporting cycles.
- Customer and Account Data Management: Capture and update customer and account information from various sources, including digital forms, paper documents, and email communications, into the appropriate fields within company database software.
- Quality Control and Error Correction: Proactively identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in datasets, and apply appropriate quality control methods to correct them before they impact downstream processes.
- Document Review and Verification: Review incoming data for completeness and accuracy, flagging any missing or incomplete documents and reaching out to relevant parties to obtain further information when needed.
- System Issue Reporting: Promptly notify department leadership and technical support teams if the database system is not accepting information, experiencing errors, or exhibiting performance issues.
- Daily Production Logging: Maintain a detailed daily production log to document all work performed, time spent on tasks, and any noteworthy observations, ensuring full transparency and accountability.
