Position Summary

The Data Migration Analyst will act as a liaison for all Data Conversion duties and will be the go-to person for all Implementation teams for all technical or conversion related issues. The Data Migration Analyst will also be responsible for making decisions regarding technical needs, documentation, custom quoting, and coordination of conversion scheduling. This role will work closely with the Director of Implementations, Implementation Managers and Resource Coordinators to ensure high quality data conversion and coordination of resources. The Data Migration Analyst will provide proper guidance to Implementation team members, set expectations in data cleansing, provide guidance on data transfer/conversion in the best possible way that would mutually benefit the customer and Karmak immediately and for the future. This role will also be a consistent point of contact through the implementation process for the customer as it pertains to their data requirements.

Commitment: Dedication, diligence, attention to detail, and providing utmost care of customer's data in the conversion process. Educate Implementation team members on how to challenge the customer in identifying, acknowledging, and taking action in the data cleansing process with long term business benefits and success. Providing our customers with service that exceeds their expectations as a Karmak representative. Work integrally with the Implementation teams. Coordinate and communicate internally and to the customer with a unified message as a team.

Essential Job Functions

In addition to Data Migration Analyst essential job functions this role can also back up and perform Data Migration Analyst duties and responsibilities. These duties include the following Key Result Area's:

Key Result Area #1: Data Analysis

To do a detailed analysis of the customer's data and their data requirements. Working with the customer to clarify and validate data, while setting the proper expectations regarding data as it is pertaining to the implementation process for new business implementation and branch adds.

Key Result Area #2: Data Cleansing

To have purpose, clarity, creative reasonable problem-solving ideas with the data that is mutually beneficial to Karmak and the customer. Provide guidance to the customer in this process.

Key Result Area #3: Data Conversion

To coordinate and execute the conversion in the sandbox and live system. To balance the data values and acquire signoffs from the customer on successful completion of the data conversion.

Balance the data from the previous business system to the Fusion business system
