What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us identify and engage top-tier talent from around the world. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to build high-performing teams that drive our continued success.
- Candidate Identification and Outreach: Support the recruiting team in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our various open positions. You will be responsible for sourcing talent through multiple channels and building a robust pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Strategic Candidate Research: Propose and implement new and innovative alternatives to identify candidates, including exploring emerging recruitment platforms, social media channels, and professional networks to discover passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current recruitment processes of the talent acquisition area. Your analytical mindset will help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the team.
- Job Portal Management: Manage and maintain job postings across the various job portals and platforms we utilize. This includes creating compelling job descriptions, updating listings, and ensuring consistent employer branding across all channels.
- Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate and screen candidates who apply through our job portals, assessing their qualifications, experience, and fit for our open positions. You will review applications, conduct preliminary assessments, and provide recommendations to the recruiting team.
- Profile Analysis: Identify and analyze professional profiles in various job portals and professional networking sites for the different searches we have open. Your attention to detail will ensure we never miss a qualified candidate.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate information is properly documented and organized for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
