About the Role: Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and want to contribute to transforming how a global organization operates.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team's mission to transform thousands of individual merchant organizations into a seamless, integrated operations network. Our technology partners are working with cutting-edge tools that vendors will use to execute high-value operational activities. Determining the right technologies and ensuring we've built the right tools to address our vendors' needs will be a key responsibility for the right candidate.
These improvements will benefit both arenaflex and our vendor partners alike, enabling more efficient fulfillment, communication, reporting, product availability, and increased transparency throughout our supply chain.
What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to combine business acumen, process optimization, and data science with data engineering and visualization tools to deliver the right solutions for complex business challenges. You'll move fast, work smart, drive the business through data, and collaborate with a skilled, diverse, multicultural, and global team.
- Accurately enter, maintain, and organize large volumes of data in our enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms
- Review and verify data submissions from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and resolving inconsistencies in a timely manner
- Collaborate and partner closely with Data Solutions, Data Visualization, and other teams to ensure flexible rollout of recommendations and initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects that span thousands of vendors to improve efficiency and visibility across the supply chain for our vendor partners
- Utilize data engineering and data science techniques to bring solutions for difficult questions into scope
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify root causes of performance issues and drive meaningful change
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and highlight areas requiring attention
- Communicate performance trends and improvements consistently to senior management and leadership
- Be the knowledgeable authority for data, analysis, and visualization within the Global Operations or Supply Chain organization to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior
What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, or other quantitative discipline with a strong academic record
- Experience: Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or engineering role performing quantitative analysis is a plus
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience conducting quantitative analyses on large data sets; proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and structured programming languages (Python, R)
- Database Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google Big Query, and Vertica including aggregate functions, joins, etc.)
- Data Visualization: Experience with various Data Visualization Tools (Tableau/Looker/DataStudio) is a plus
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented, collaborative, and curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, highly cooperative disposition
- Project Management: Experience delivering successful projects end-to-end on time
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of data governance best practices
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Understanding of international business operations
