Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for the following core functions:

- Data Verification and Correction: Review incoming data for accuracy, identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, and perform necessary corrections to ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on entered data to identify patterns of errors, recommend process improvements, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic and physical files and records in accordance with established filing protocols and company standards.
- Data Security Compliance: Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- System Maintenance: Assist in basic database maintenance tasks, including data backup verification and system performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certification in data management, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Typing Proficiency: Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 45-50 words per minute and exceptional accuracy (98% or higher accuracy rate preferred).
- Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with data processing workflows is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates in large datasets.
