Fully remote but MUST be located in Massachusetts - the hours are M-F 4pm-10pm
Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiries
Log tickets accurately into the internal system
Notify the on-duty supervisor when tickets are logged
Ensure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptly
Prior data entry or customer service experience
Strong technical skills and comfort navigating internal systems
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts
