Position Overview
As a Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining massive information pipelines that support advanced analytics and intelligent business solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure Data Quality: Troubleshoot software and systems for data consistency and integrity, integrating data from multiple sources while ensuring adherence to data quality and accessibility requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively identify, diagnose, and resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, minimizing disruption to data operations.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a similar technical role involving data pipeline development.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex query writing, optimization, and database design principles.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience building and maintaining key relationships with internal partners (team members, business stakeholders, leadership) and external contacts (vendor partners, clients) within a matrix organization to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Data Analysis Skills: Experience analyzing and reporting data in a compelling manner to identify issues, trends, or exceptions that drive improvement and solution development.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (both domestically and internationally).
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platform deployment, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure technologies including:

- Azure Databricks using Python or Scala
