Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist (Contractor) to deliver world‑class assistance to our growing user base. In this six‑month contract role, you will become the frontline champion for our customers, handling inbound tickets, configuring platform integrations, and ensuring a seamless experience that drives satisfaction and product adoption.
