Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Polish via phone

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions

  • Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
