As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our innovative platform. • *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
• Managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth
• Onboarding new enterprise customers to ensure they are set up for success and achieve their goals
• Acting as the main point of contact for any customer escalations and providing timely, proactive resolutions
• Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Becoming the customer advocate and helping implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support
• *Ideal Candidate Profile**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional with:
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of driving growth and satisfaction
• Strong communication, listening, writing, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on empathy and ownership
• Organized and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to take ownership of customer success
• Genuine excitement about scaling a growing platform and a passion for innovation
• Experience working in the email/newsletter space is a huge plus, but not required
